Non-Himba girl from neighboring tribe visits our village



Like the Himba her tribe was usually half-naked. This photo is taken a chilly morning when she came to our village swept in a blanket. I forgot her name, but she became one of my best friends and would follow me on visits to the big city. Yet we could only communicate in sign language.
