Lindas father
Linda was the little girl in the red dress I bought oil for so she could read at night. When I came back in 1978 her family had disintegrated. The father lived alone in this shack. Their old shack was torn down when a white farmer wanted the land. Having no shoes he walked barefoot five miles every day, so I bought shoes for him. He was found frozen to death shortly after.
