Young love in Philadelphia

I had lived with Renee and her mother since she was 12.
She loved to hear about my vagabonding and when she was 16, she asked her mother if she could go hitchhiking with me. After traveling all over the country with me, she was happy to see her boyfriend again and - having lived so intimately with me on the trip - she seemed totally oblivious to my photographic presence.
She was not religious at the time, but today she has turned to the Bible - living in deep poverty in Philadelphia.
