Anita is visiting one of my old friends from my vagabond years. She is today married to one of the prison guards in the Angola prison next to. He was a stand in in the movie "Dead man walking." Another time he had to lead his own adoptive son to his execution completely like shown in the movie.
Our visit inspired Anita to write about the Angola prison.
